Affected Version: Eclipse EGit 1.2.0.201112051848

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a folder "A" to the respository
2. Add a folder "B" into the folder "A"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
=> Folder "A" has no decoration that inside are changes


Untracked folders and files should trigger a "dirty" decoration on all parent folders i think.
