Errors in related content doesn't fire tree decorator change.

An error in a property displayed as related content marks the property as false but doesn't mark the tree node false.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open sapphire-gallery.xml (Sapphire Samples 0.4)
2.Navigate to node "value properties/related content"
3.Enter values in the first fields to create xml content
4.Switch to "Source" tab
5.Change the related content ("units") to a wrong value ("123")
6.Switch back to "Design" tab : related content node is not marked as false

Fixed in 0.4.1 and 0.5 streams. Please verify.
