Users should be able to provide an optional image. If they do not provide an image, we should be able to obtain one from services like Gravitar.

There must be a Drupal plug-in for this.

Updated title to reflect the correct spelling of Gravatar

Also marking this as fixed as i've committed and enabled the module on the new PMI site.
