If I type something into the Quick Access box and then use the arrow keys to navigate the matching entries, parts of the workbench seem to repaint causing flicker.  I took a screencast of it (sorry the resolution is so high):

The video doesn't do justice to the flicker but you can see it at one or two points where the background of the editor tabs goes from white to grey and back again.

Oh, I'm on Fedora 16 x86_64 (GNOME 3.2) in case that matters.
