The value of the local variable numElements is not used

It was a left-over from the integration testing.  Committed fix to master: http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.debug.git/commit/?id=cc853b9b874eccb186d807a16cf173c90b0ce77b

Mike or Pawel: it looks like this bug is in the I-build. Did you forget to do the build input for Debug?

Yes I'm afraid so.  I hadn't seen a notification from Mike but I didn't follow up.  Sorry about that.

Yup, this was my fault, I was out of the office yesterday afternoon and forgot to do it last night.
