When there are multiple workbench windows open, selecting different stackframe in the Debug view in one workbench window will affect the editor's PC indicator for all workbench windows.

Steps to reproduce.
1. Start a gdb debug session
2. Suspend the target where there are more then one stack
3. Open a new workbench window and select the same stackframe as the first workbench window
4. Now, select a different stackframe in the first workbench window

Note that the second workbench window's editor PC indicator changed.
