Eclipse git repos are mirrored at GitHub:

https://github.com/eclipse/

But BIRT isn't mirrored because its git repo isn't listed in the portal 'sourcerepository' field. See this wiki page for more details on how to get it enabled:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/Git/GitHub

I have been working a bit on updating the Rhino dependency to 1.7.3 (bug 351482 is a part of it) and would like to push my work to a fork of the official mirror :)

I have added Birt git repo in the portal 'sourcerepository' field.
But It seems that Birt mirror isn't listed https://github.com/eclipse/

According to http://wiki.eclipse.org/Git/GitHub, "The script [that populates the mirrors] is run manually on a periodic basis. We nudge GitHub every once-in-a-while to run the script and update the mirrors."

You could nudge Wayne or Chris to get it updated :)

I have sent request to Wayne. Add him to CC list.
