Currently, the WebSocketClient does not support WebSocket over SSL (there is an ad-hoc check for the URI, and if it starts with "wss" an exception is thrown).

Would be good to support WSS also to validate the new SSL architecture.

This is implemented and pushed in branch "wss" for review.
