There is no extension defined for the print group in the file menu.

However, there are extensions defined for New, Open, and Save.  These are 
new.ext, open.ext, and save.ext.  There should be a print.ext for actions 
related to print, such as Print Preview, Page Setup, etc.

This should be done as part of a general improvement in defining menu groups.

Bug 10842 seems to be refering to adding items through Java code.  However, I'm 
interested in adding contributions to the menu items through XML.  Because 
there is no print group, I would not be able to add to the File, Print menu 
through XML.

Added PRINT.EXT group. Code released in HEAD stream.
