Currently, our WTP 3.4.0 builds are all failing with:

 Processing inclusion from feature org.eclipse.wst.server_adapters.feature: Bundle org.eclipse.wst.server.preview_1.1.100.v20091208 failed to resolve.:[build-wtp4x-wst4x-sdk]         
Missing required plug-in org.mortbay.jetty.server_[6.1.7,6.2.0).[build-wtp4x-wst4x-sdk]         
Missing required plug-in org.mortbay.jetty.util_[6.1.7,6.2.0).[build-wtp4x-wst4x-sdk]         
Missing required plug-in javax.servlet_[2.5.0,2.6.0).


Simply put, javax.servlet has moved up to 2.6.0 (for Servlet 3.0 specification), and jetty 5 and jetty 6 are no longer part of the base Eclipse platform - see bug 362724 for its intentional removal.

Dropped the first part of the changes to HEAD to fix the build errors.  

There is one remaining issue of the org.eclipse.wst.server.preview.internal.PreviewStarter relies on the WebAppContext class which no longer available on the new Jetty server.

I have temporarily switch to use org.eclipse.jetty.server.handler.ContextHandler which cause reduction in function.  More investigation is needed for the complete fix.

I am closing this one for the build breakage.  I have opened bug 366092 to investigate the rest of the problems on this bug that I mentioned in my previous comment.
