The XL Fortran managed build toolchain activates an error parser with ID "org.eclipse.photran.core.XLFErrorParser" -- however, this does not exist; the XL Fortran error parser's ID is  "org.eclipse.photran.errorparsers.xlf.XLFCompilerErrorParser"

Fixed in ptp_5_0 and HEAD
