When we have a lot of milestones the selection list on the ticket page is very long and the newest milestones are on the bottom (maybe due to sorting?).
It would be nice if the list was sorted in the newest-first order or there could be a checkbox "show completed milestones" nearby? 
The trac www interface uses option groups to group completed and not completed milestones...
