The changes to provisional package affect o.e.m.wikitext.tasks.ui. At some point WikiText should consume the new API and set the version constraint to 3.7 and higher for the Mylyn Commons dependency.

In addition WikiText should be using org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.workbench.browser.UrlHyperlink.
