Informal reviews don't currently provide the possibility to assign anomalies. 
However informal reviews provide the support to control the state of the anomaly, 

Being able to assign anomalies to participants goes along with the intention of informal reviews, as long as this assignments are optional.

Once this is supported, a new filter would be very useful to distinguish the anomalies waiting for action from a specific user.
