Not clear to me how this bug is caused by Eclipse. I suggest you open a defect with RTC. You may want to check your workspace's error log and see if you find anything there. But the symptom shows up in Eclipse. e.g. doing a new script in PHP or Java perspective fails until all RTC related tabs are closed. Also, sorry to sound dumb, but how do I log a defect with RTC?
