The test framework can't be extended in versions < 3.7 -  In bug 326512, an export declaration was added but this is only for 3.7, could this be added for 3.6.2 and 3.5.2?

3.6 and 3.5.x aren't active streams anymore.  Are you consuming these streams from our Git repos?
