When using SMTP on window environment, the lead send a meeting request. Since the sender is not in the destination list, the lead has no information in its calendar to show a meeting invitation has been sent. The only meeting info is in the review itself.  So the participants have a time reservation in their calendar except the lead. We should have an option to create a meeting reservation on the user sending the request. It can be an option to add his e-mail in the destination, but he should not have to enter it manually.

Since this affects smtp only, may be the connector can be updated to include the originator within the particpants in the vcalender.

This is fixed with the solution to bug 390102
