As workspaces grow without bound and developers have to work (and debug) many tasks, managing breakpoints becomes painful. This enhancement is intended to help this situation. When a user activates a task, the breakpoints that were previously set when the task was active should be restored. Breakpoints from another task that was deactivated should disappear during the activate operation.
