Add a WorkspaceRootDomain.
WorkspaceDomain allows to walk into a project/folder, but it can use the workspace root as starting point.

This feature is actually supported (use '.' as path in Workspacedomain uri) but the GUI has not been improved to allow any user to set such a value.
