In the Navigator if I drill down to a file, toggle the checkbox and use the keyboard shortcuts for copy/paste (cmd-C, cmd-V) I get an error message stating:

Source does not exist: [filename]

I think it is a over write error maybe but it's certainly not that the file does not exist.

The command bar doesn't just have copy/paste options it's more specific about copying to a destination.

i thought we did the "prompt for rename" in this case, but I guess not.

Ken is working on this.

Essentially there is a difference in how the root differs from when the navigator is in a sub-folder. Single files are one issue that I can fix, however this is also a problem if you try to copy a 2nd level nested directory into the Root workspace, which should be allowed but currently also displays the incorrect message.

Prompt for Rename works fine if you are not in the Root in the Navigator.
