Description Szymon Ptaszkiewicz CLA 2011-11-28 12:11:33 EST
When you open a view for the first time and the view contains some toolbar items, those items are first shown in the top left view's title area overlapping the view's title. Later those items are moved to the correct location but before that happens, icons flicker.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Eclipse.
2. Select one of the views from the bottom panel but observe the title of the top left view => see the icons flicker.

If the patch is ok, can we make it for 3.8?

I can't reproduce this behavior anymore. Szymon, please reopen this bug if you are still able to reproduce this. Tested with 4.5.0.N20150120-2000
