When I use CTRL+3 the search field gets focus, but I do not get the dropdown at all, so I cannot select any commands.

Okay for me with I20111124-2200 on Windows 7.

Build: I20111129-2100 32 bit GTK works for me on Ubuntu 11.10

I can't get it up in my main 4.2 eclipse, but it works if I run an inner (both normally and in VNC).

Another unexplained mystery.

OK, even in my outer now, I get the dropdown.  You can close this.
