CommonUiUtil.toLabel() implements the same logic as LegacyActionTools.escapeMnemonics(). The utility provided by platform should be preferred.

All invocations have been replaced and CommonUiUtil.toLabel() is now deprecated.

Reverted change since LegacyActionTools.escapeMnemonics() is only available on Eclipse 3.6 or later:
