Sorry if I can do this in the portal as project lead, I didn't see a way.  I'd like Roland Grunberg <rgrunberg> to have Bugzilla edit privileges for the Linux Tools (technology.linux-distros) project.  Thanks.

You certainly should be able to do this.

Login to the portal with your committer id, under 'tools for committers'-> 'manage bugzilla targets,versions and milestones'.  On the resulting page there should be 2 boxes, the top one will allow you to manage which committers can use the 'lower' tool to edit bugzilla.
