In the BuilderPreferenceAccess class, the IOutputConfigurationProvider class is not correctly injected in the setOutputConfigurationProvider(OutputConfigurationProvider outputConfigurationProvider) method: the injected parameter should be IOutputConfigurationProvider and not OutputConfigurationProvider.

Trying to inject our own IOutputConfigurationProvider will fail at that point.

Thanks. 
As a workaround you could add an additional binding from 
OutlineConfigurationProvider to IOutlineConfigurationProvider.
