1. Open an editor; focus it
2. Press Ctrl+L. An error is thrown, and the Go To Line bar doesn't appear.

sigh...i was using goto line most of yesterday, but apparently broke it near the end.

fixed with 3b9314d28e7895435f26f60f667c27662ce816d6


but it brings up a good question, opened Bug 364668.
