Push on Git Status none

Description Max Rydahl Andersen CLA 2011-11-23 08:42:27 EST
When trying using openshift with orionhub it is easy to edit and commit your files since the actions are directly available.

It is though very hard to actually do a push since that is not available as an action in the navigator - you have to go through the git repositories.

I suggest you add Push as a command the same places there is a Commit available.

If you mean Git Status page, "Push" action is available there.

I don't understand this one either, Max. The only place you can commit is the Git Status page (available from the menu in the Navigator page, or via the Repositories page). That same page also has fetch/push/pull commands available.

perhaps this perception is a symptom of bug 360964

You may be right. There is an icon button here, but I guess on a tablet you don't get the hover so it's not easy to figure out what the buttons do.
Comment 5 John Arthorne CLA 2011-12-12 13:02:39 EST
Marking invalid. The commands are all available. It looks like this was a symptom of lack of hover and the use of iconic buttons which made it impossible to see what anything was doing. This has been improved already in 0.4 M1.
