We need to:
- Create a new documentation plug-in (org.eclipse.koneki.ldt.doc.user)
- Setup an automatic process to generate the TOC, HTML files and stuff...

Fixed in master, commit 136002ea.
I tested it installing 0.1.0.201112150906 and it seems to work well!
