Using the build I201111210427. 

When I compare two models on git, right clicking on the history and picking "Compare with working tree"

I get the differences, I click on one and click on "Copy current change from right to left". It works correctly and the diff disappear.

I click on another difference, repeat the same task, the diff does not disappear. 

Any subsequent action will never make the diff disappear but the "merge" action has been executed. If I compare again my model with the history, the change is no more here.

This is now fixed on 1.3 through commit 80082f4. Not applicable on master.
