we should rebase AspectJ on eclipse 3.7.1 and pickup Java7 support.

locked myself away for about 10days.  This is now *done* - we are at version B79 of  the jdt compiler, which is somewhere just before eclipse 3.7.2.  Dev builds of AJ are now java 7 variants although I've yet to write any java7 specific automated tests.  I'll leave this open until a few of those have been written.  I'll put it into AJDT soon too and we can check the fallout of that.
