When moving from DECISION to COMPLETED, i had 4 anomalies 3 CREATED and 1 ACCEPTED, not 2 ACCEPTED, so wrong anomaly state being displayed. May be the pop-up info is good ! It might be the review navigator which is not refreshed. I also played with the regress option and was seeing the wrong info in the review navigator view. 
Note: I notice the anomalies are for the same file , same line, but a different version.

What I noticed is the Anomaly state not refreshed in the navigator view. When I select it, then the rigt information is shown in the property view

I just re-tested the case and Anomalies in the navigator view are updated properly.  I will close this TR.  If it happens again we/ll open a new one
