Build Identifier: I20111028-1100

On a fresh install of Eclipse 4.2M3 on Solaris x86 I installed the EPP Java package which in turn installs m2e version 1.1.0.20111108-0328. That m2e version uses a different catalog URL that results in mine being unable to install my Axistools plugin via the catalog.

I therefore updated my plugin code to be compatible with m2e 1.1.x and pushed a new version to the Git update site.
