The Apricot web framework should use JAX-RS support already existing in Apricot, and provide easy way of declaring web resources as HTML, css, images, javascript etc.
FTL will be used as the default templating engine.

One bundle, should eb able to overwrite skins defined by a Web App that it wants to patch.
Also, web apps should be isolated one from each other.

not finished .. add freemarker directives for common use cases like: pagination, breadcrumb, etc .. based o n twitter bootstrap.
Also, make fragments thread safe.
