In Mac you can configure the scrollbars to show the increment buttons on the opposite ends of the bar or together at the end of bar. In textview the code 'guesses' (due the lack of API, or our lack knowledge) that the buttons are in opposite ends. Just found Bug 335579. Click one of the entries in the overview ruler. 3. The editor will scroll to the correct location in the file, but the scrollbar doesn't line up with the annotation in the overview ruler.
