I'm using Thunderbird to read the newsgroups. For a few days now, many new replies come in top-level instead as child of the initial question, e.g.
news://news.eclipse.org:119/jad7ub$da5$1@news.eclipse.org
(see attached picture).

Not sure whether this is a bug in the web forum or some other place.

The 'in-reply-to' is missing in those messages and they are coming from FUDForum.

Every time I come up with a theory as to why that is happening, it gets blown out of the water.
