When define a function and call Content Assist in returns(), it can not prompt the record which was defined in the same program

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an egl program and defined a basic record named test
2.Create a function in the program and Content Assist in returns()
3.the record test can not be prompted
