Sync newsgroup to from is not working for the tmf newsgroup. Other way round works

Reproducible: Always

The syncer had stopped.  It's running now and catching up.

This happens when I recompile the forum's templates.  The scripts/ directory loses its symlink to GLOBALS.php.

I'll change the sync script to include the correct file without needing the symlink.

Matt: this could have been the cause of other sync oddities.
