Build Identifier: Birt Viewer 3.7.1

Chrome is unable to display the report when you try to load a report using the Birt Viewer.

Apparently there is a work around for this issue: Comment out lines 668 and 669 of
webcontent/birt/ajax/lib/prototype.js

See Bug #310512 for more info.

Also, it seems like upgrading the version of Prototype used in the Birt Viewer may also fix this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Google Chrome
2. Load Report in Google Chrome.
