Currently a SAXParserFactory is created per Unmarshaller even when a SAX parser is not used during the unmarshal operation.

Fix Details:
A SAXParserFactory is now only created when required.  

NOTE
Starting with EclipseLink 2.4.0 there is only a single instance of SAXParserFactory that is not lazily initialized.
