It should be possible to use Xbase during runtime without JDT.
Unfortunately, the class StaticMethodsFeatureForTypeProvider uses the class org.eclipse.jdt.core.Flags at one place, which prevents this use case as it results in a NoClassDefFoundError.

The use of the Flags class should hence be avoided here.
