Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the integration test Tycho122GeneratePomFileTest
2. @cd@ to the result: tycho-its/target/projects/pomGenerator/tycho.demo
3. @mvn clean verify@

-> the build fails with "Unknown packaging: eclipse-plugin @ line 8, column 14"
