Build Identifier: 20110615-0604

There is an error in org.eclipse.swt.widgets.Scrollbar in method setThumb.

if (info.nPage != 0) info.nPage++; // this line should not be there

Because of this line it is not possible create scrollbar with nPage==1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create scrollbar with min=0, max=1, thumb=1
2. Created scrollbar is disabled.

Created scrollbar should have two positions.
Thumb should have half size of the whole scrollbar.
