See attached.   We should only show the actual heaps size.  And remove the "actual".  This Memory view needs to be rationalized with the BIOS.xml file where we show similar info.  Having in 2 places and our use of "Default" in 2 ways is confusing.  For BIOS.xml, Default means, the size of the HeapMem that we create for the user.  For the Memory.xml, default means the size of a heap created w/o specifying the size.  Which I don't think anyone would ever do!  This needs some review and realignment.
