There is NO such issue in RBD.
DD a HTML widget into handler, then set its src property as "1". The handler will display as an error page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.DD a HTML widget into a handler.
2.Select the HTML widget, then open its properties view. 
3.Set src property as "1", then open the handler in preview tab or external browsers.

Actual results: There is an error page displaying as the screenshot.
