I believe bug 363711 is a dupe of this one. Workspaces are on an NFS-mounted filesystem if that helps. *** Bug 363711 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** (In reply to bug 363711 comment #4) > Hudson team: do you have any insight as to why the master process would 'hang > on' to files on NFS-mounted file systems, preventing the workspace from being > deleted? Is JGit used for doing the Git work or the native Git executable? I suspect it's JGit (or the JVM) that may hang onto those files for some random time after a Git operation finished. |
