-1) Open the  textview demo on IE 9.
-2a) Copy some text and paste it
-2b) Delete some text and undo deletion.

After 2a or 2b, the editor is in link mode: links are shown and contentEditable=false. It is not possible to type characters.  The user has to click the view or move the mouse.
