VE preview and design view render by different render engine, if setting Rich UI appearance when RUIHandler been opened.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Web Client project
2. Create a RUIHandler, check the render engine in preference Rich UI-> Appearance
3. Open it and switch to design view.(do not switch to preview)
4. Open the preference and change the render engine to another one(keep RUIHandler opened).
5. Switch to preview view, the render engine changed to the new one, bug design view remains the old one.
6. You may use the BrowserDetector to check the render engine status(Just add the check code to a onWidgetLoad event, this will show both in design view and preview)

Hi Xin,

Sorry, I didn't realized the Render Engine preference was changed between the switch of Design and Preview tab, when you demoed this issue to me, if it's so, I don't think this is a bug. This is worked as design. Thanks.
