Import org.eclipse.edt.rui.dojo.samples_0.7.0.
Open PortalSample in utils.portal.
Preview.
Can move is checked.
Click Add1.
Sample Portlet displays, but can't be moved.
Should be able to move.

Caused by language change, modify the sample
