Description
William Platt
Sounds serious ... do you think it might have been the "Android development kit" that did this?
I'm not sure eclipse can ever protect all users from themselves :) but sounds odd that a "workspace" would be exactly the same as {user.home} or that a project could be created with no name ... or ... I guess perhaps you might have been using "linked resources"?
Would be nice to have some reproducible steps, but understand your reluctance to 'try again'. But ... if you could do the "creation" and just don't do the delete, it might give some hints where this issue comes from.
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. If the bug is still relevant, please remove the "stalebug" whiteboard tag. |
