Build Identifier: EM 2.7

The GWT version of BasicChangeRecorder has an option to sepecify transient features handling. However, this setting is never taken into account.
(The regular version might have the same bug).

Yes, the problem was in both places. The fix is committed to CVS for 2.8.

The fix is available in a build.
